I got the awul awul awul idea to turn on the low stock flow per SMS as it was a "must-win" and how stupid I was.. Few days later and hundred of hundreds of SMS sent I barely made 3 sale, and it cost me almost 1000€ with almost 0 results!! Avoid, AT ANY COST, turning on this and be VERY careful on turning on others flows.

I've been so frustrated with the verification process, but today I received the absolute BEST help from Agent PL. She was incredibly patient and so helpful! I'm not exaggerating—she made a huge difference. I'm so grateful she was willing to go the extra mile for me

Great APP and support, i had a super efficient support with Joann to verified the app and check all the compliances and policies. The email block designs and flows are very user-friendly.

The apps service are cool. they have immediate live chat where there support advisors will come and help you out immediately, Joann was the guy who helped me out and explained me everything and set me up to start running my email campaigns

Yotpo is amazing to use. I am a complete newbie to this and got a lot of help from the customer support agents. Princess, Marnie, and Rock were patient and super helpful with my queries, and even will go to the back end to help fix some issues I had. For the people Yotpo gets 5 stars.
