So far so good. The campaign interface is easy to navigate and customer service is great. Getting validated for SMS messaging took close to no time, and both Melvin and Joann was wonderful in helping me.

I've not used this app long, because my shop is brand new. But everything has been really easy to setup so far. I was able to set up SMS, I'm just waiting for the TFN validation (toll free number), which is supposed to take about 7 days. That's the number that SMS messages are delivered by. In the meantime I was able to import my email marketing list from MailChimp with ease, and have my first email scheduled. When I had a question about something that I couldn't find in documentation, live chat rep Quin was really helpful. It was really a live person on the other end, not AI or someone just using copy/paste replies. SO refreshing! I was drawn to Yotpo because there's not a monthly service fee, I like that I can send 10k emails free every month, and after that I pay for only what services I use. I think this will be a great fit for my small business.

So far so good, had some issues getting the sms verifcation to go through but Melvin was able to sort this out during customer service chat immediately. Overall I think this is a pretty straight forward add on once you get the hang of it.
