Team is absolutely great in providing support, customizing exactly to your needs. I have a very visual website and they made sure the image swatch is not only sized to my preferences, but also with added text to make it even more clear. Absolutely perfect!

I've been using this app for a short time, and so far, it has greatly simplified managing products with many variants. It's highly customizable and allowed me to create options I thought would be impossible to set up without complications. One thing that deserves special mention is the customer service: fast and efficient. Every time I needed support, the team resolved my issues quickly, providing clear and precise explanations. Oh boy, where to start? I just wanted the simple ability to have customers type in a name to etch on their Christmas ornament, journal or coasters. What a nightmare, not possible in Shopify - until Globo Products comes to the rescue. Rosie, spent a lot of time (hour and half) walking me through using their excellent product and then helping customize the background colors, what an amazing person. Amazing support.

I make rings, I needed to be able to offer these rings in different sizes. I inlay these rings with local beach sand. I needed to be able to offer each size ring with each beach sand. This caused shopify to decide that the inventory for each ring size was governed by the amount of sand options available. This app, just the free option has enabled me to have the correct inventory displaying which I couldn't do with Shopify alone. I asked for some help as things were displaying a little differently via preview and live but the agent, Mike helped me out quickly and efficiently, thanks Mike!

I have been using this app for a while now, actually a couple of apps by this company, and they really are amazing. Not only is the software great - they just work as they should have all the flexibility that you'd need and are reliable, but also the support is amazing.
