I really like this app, I use it in two of my Shopify stores. Customer service is also really good, Helen was very quick to help resolve my problems.

Rosie was a BIG help. I was having trouble getting it to work. She was able to do in less than a minute.

I am not easily impressed and I've been very impressed with the customer service for both this app and the Globo Color Swatch app. I have been working with Helen to do some customization to integrate the app into my site and she has really done everything she can to help, even answering my many questions. I would highly recommend.

Has certainly worked as expected and hoped for on a new site. Plenty of documentation available and when I did run into an issue, support was quick and responsive.

This app fully supports the optional features I wanted. While there were some issues after initial installation, they were quickly resolved with prompt feedback. I recommend this app to everyone!

Easily does what it says - plus a few more! the support is 5* but its actually pretty easy to use - A lot of features packaged in a good quality product.

Globo is great — easy to set up and very useful, with so many formats for offering multiple variants. I’m so glad I found it and have been very happy with it overall. Helen from the support team is wonderful as well — quick to respond and extremely knowledgeable.

I started using this app to offer engraving options on some of our products — and I honestly regret it. They claim that my Shopify theme is “special” and therefore not compatible, even though the Enterprise theme is widely used. When reporting issues, the support team rarely provides real solutions. The app often stops working without any changes on our side, things randomly reset, and orders are incorrectly flagged as if engraving was added when it wasn’t. Unfortunately, support just blames the setup instead of helping to fix the actual problems. Not a reliable app for professional stores.

Excellent integration, very helpful support team when required. If you are looking for customizations and other valuable features, this is the app for you!
