Has some issues with the add-on prices with some options, Helen was a great help and its all sorted now.

Rose was amazing she help and made sure the background colour was all the same she did it under 5 min and was perfect at it. If it was up to me I would have been stuck for hours. Highly recommend.

Very flexible and easy to use. What sets it apart is the quality of the support. Their live chat support was very helpful. For us in Ontario, the key is to access chat support in the middle of the night as that is when their second layer of technical support is active.

We have been using this app for many years and love how easy it is to use and set up and how many options there are for customising the look and design of each forms. We also love that they had code ready to go for adjusting the packaging slips and order confirmation. It is a perfect add to allow customers to customize their order, far better than the Shopify generic variants and options. Also amazing customer support, we had a small issue pop up when updating the theme of the site and Henry and Rosie on live chat we able to get onto the dev team and sort it immediately for us. Both were so helpful and nice to talk to, amazing customer service all together!
