Pretty awful. Things were going okay in the beginning and then ll of a sudden, the selections were not being sent to us. Our customers were selecting their scents but the Globo app was not operating properly and we were getting no selections. We thought our customers wanted us to pick so we randomly sent them selections. Oops! Now we are having to refund people. Not good. They claim it's because of another app we use but it was working fine for 6 months. We will be deleting this ASAP.

Après avoir échangé avec Sarah par e-mail et après qu'elle m'ait confirmé que cette application était en mesure de répondre à mes attentes sur le plan gratuit, j'ai fini par télécharger ladite application. Quelle erreur de ma part d'avoir fait ça car rien n'est aussi simple et fluide que décrit dans les avis. Un vrai casse-tête à paramétrer et en plus, rien ne fonctionne vraiment comme il faut. Je ne parviens pas à faire ce que je voulais avec cette application et pire encore, une opération simple et basique comme ajouter un prix différent par option de variante est payante. Je voulais ajouter plusieurs photos sur chaque option mais cette application semble limiter le nombre de photos par option à 1 seule photo par option. Je pensais avoir trouvé une pépite avec cette application et j'ai en fait perdu deux jours pour rien à m'attarder sur ça. Vraiment très déçu. De plus, le chat est vraiment tout pourri car sur n'importe quelle autre application Shopify ou tierce on peut envoyer des photos ou des captures d'écran via le chat pour mieux s'expliquer avec fluidité lors de problèmes rencontrés et là même pour envoyer juste une seule photo c'est pas possible. Donc si même le chat est tout pourri, franchement ça fait vraiment pas sérieux. Franchement je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux mais là, c'est raté.

if you are existing Free user of Globo Product Option, Do not ever try the trial, it does not allow you to switch back to the "Free Version" if you cancel the trial and are forced to pay the subscription fee. The only advise i was given is to uninstall the app and reinstall back but all my options will be removed and refund in App credits. and the new 'free version' does not come with the features which I am having previously.

Why has the chat service been deactivated? There's a critical error with the option sets that needs to be fixed urgently. A few months ago (2-3 months), the chat service allowed for quick fixes, but now the whole process is a mess.

Phew. This is a really tough one. Unfortunately, it doesn't work directly with the Horizon theme from Shopify. I think that should have been the bare minimum. I got the annual version, and now it doesn't work. Support told me to contact Shopify — that’s not how you create satisfied customers.

App has a lot of great features of setting up options, BUT there is no tracking of orders that your option set was used. Talked to representative and asked what the orders in the past 30 days is used for and she said it didn't track the option set orders?... Analytics is a basic need for companies and this app can't do the basics

Since 2 weeks the app has some problems in our shop. Unfortunately, we wrote multiple mails and tried to address the issue. Still without help or solution. We can't recommend using this app and will probably also switch to a working competitor.

They intentionally make it difficult to use the free version so you would have to upgrade. The setup videos don't work and the read instructions are awful. Just don’t offer a free version then.

Live Chat doesnt work. Store breaks often because of this app. Formatting is a PAIN in the BUTT to do and takes DAYS to complete. No automatic "out of stock" disclaimer and customers can add it to their order, but then get an error when trying to check out with no description, thus you lose tons of sales. Pain and waste of time trying to add new variants and manually get the thumbnails uploaded for each color STAY AWAY!

Their table showed that translations would be in the premium plan. We paid for a yearly(!) subscription, but it did not have the translations. After 3 days waiting for support, they said it was in a "different premium" plan, that was not visible, and their table showed wrong information?? They did not even offer to make up for this mistake. Uninstalled the app and found a good alternative in the Infinity Options app.

The app is decent, but the customer support is extremely disappointing. When I reached out about the price add-on feature being unavailable, the response I received was unclear and unhelpful. Without the price add-on, the app became unusable, and I had no choice but to uninstall it.

Good customer service, but I am changing my rating from 5 stars to 1 star because the app isn't even compatible with the cart drawer, which is an important feature for reducing friction for customers and maximizing the conversion rate. When a customer tries to add an item to their cart, the cart breaks and stops working. And they don't know how to solve the problem. They suggest redirecting directly to the cart page, which isn't an interesting solution for my store, which has a lot of items. This adds a lot of friction for customers, who then have to leave the cart page to go back to the product page and other pages. This is very disapointing What's more, the chat with support is reset everyday. Therefore you can't see your previous conversations. And you don't even receive messages when they reply to you while you're not log in. I wouldn't recommend the application if you are perfectionist and have a store where customers want to shop multiple products A huge waste of time.
