I find this app very useful, however it is hard to navigate. I have reached out to customer support numerous times and always been given a solution very promptly and accurately. If the customer support was not this good, I would steer clear as I have no experience with anything however they've always been available and very helpful

It's perfect for flexibility in your allowing clients to choose from a range of different options making sure products allow for all types of customers, and I did come across a couple of issues but a supportive customer support team helped out!

I'd recommend this app because of the free customization to match your site. Rosie fixed the theme and style within minutes of reaching out. Pricing seems fair too if we choose to upgrade later on.

It does the thing and creates variations and removes restrictions, and the system they use is quite robust. More than others. However I had a store with a lot of SKUs and they HAD to be tied to specific variations. Due to the way Globo handles variants, having only one add-on product be created for all of the products I was trying to have variants for just didn't make sense for our inventory management system. I hope they update this in the future where we can leverage this powerful tool because the rules and logic, and interface were very nice.

We've tested several apps, and in the end, we decided to stick with GLOBO. It's simple for both us and our customers, and it aligns well with our overall theme. The combination of variant products and product options works seamlessly—especially after Helen repositioned the GLOBO app below the Shopify variants and resolved the issue where GLOBO options disappeared when switching Shopify variants. I have been using the app a little over a month, and I love it. I have used others, but the customer support is great, especially from Helen. The app has really good features and so far haven't had any incompatibility issues or customers complaining not working etc. A great app, highly recommend.

Since 2 weeks the app has some problems in our shop. Unfortunately, we wrote multiple mails and tried to address the issue. Still without help or solution. We can't recommend using this app and will probably also switch to a working competitor.
