I had an Issue today regarding my updates not actually updating but reverting to the original state. I opened up the live chat and in the time span of 1 minute Henry answered me. He actually solved the problem, which wasn't easy I suppose and in no less than 10 minutes I could make changes and updates as if nothing ever happened. Great work!

Globo works great for our needs, and has awesome options available, even on the basic plan! The support team is very quick to respond. I definitely recommend trying Globo if you need to expand your variants and dropdown offerings!

So i had some issues early on getting it setup correctly but after working with Helen a few times we were able to get it resolved. Quick response even though they are in a different time zone than what i am in.
