Used the free version of this app for years. Needed to update some text and was told that I would have to upgrade to a paid version because 'Date Time' field was now a paid feature. In the end they did me a favour because I switched to King which is better and 100% free.

Had some issues with my products, which were my fault entering all the information and was getting completely frustrated! Rosie and her team had me up and running within an hour. Before I called, none of my items would go to cart but they identified and corrected the issues and fixed me up! Thank God for them! App works great for custom options, custom colors and high variant combo products! The Live Chat has been very helpful as well, Helen was able to sort out a conditional formatting issue super fast, after hours!
