I am a new customer and setting up Globo Product Options for the first time. I had an issue with my store template and displaying the Globo Option however within a few minutes of contacting support I was assisted by Rosie who fixed my problem within seconds. First class customer support!

Customer service is friendly, fast and effective! I love being able to add a text option to customize products and when I needed help setting it up, the support I received was outstanding.

Once we figured out how to use the app, we loved it. We have lots of customizable options for many of our products and this was really helpful for us on our retail site. We are still in the process of rolling it out for all products. However, if you put a box for customers to type in their special requests, that information will not print off on the Shopify provided Packing Slip print option. You must get an Order Printer app. Once we got that app installed and set up, we are truly excited about how well the both of them work together. Helen was super quick to respond, gave us a link to the perfect Order Printer app, which happened to be free to use. This Order Printer app is actually the solution for our B2B site as well as pricing does not print off on the Shopify Pack Slip printing option and we didn't want to waste paper by printing the order page and all the timeline info at the bottom. 4 star for needing a tie-in app. Not that it's Globo's fault, it's more Shopify (Plus) missing the opportunity for their site to function independently of needing so many add on apps. Anywhere you order something online, your products typically arrive with an itemized receipt or invoice with the product pricing, any discounts applied, shipping costs and taxes. Shopify does not provide that option. You HAVE to get an app.

This is an outstanding app and by far the most important one used on my stores. Absolutely worth every cent for the PRO version too. It's very easy to use and on the rare occasion I've run into problems, their customer support team have been fast and effective with helping me. Rosie and Wick helped me with a problem just yesterday and I can only dream that other customer support teams gave me the kind of fast friendly service they did! I don't leave reviews normally but they genuinely deserve it. Much appreciated team Globo :)

The settings and setup for Globo were straightforward and hassle-free. I did require some assistance after installation to properly place the options, and Rosie promptly helped me out via chat. The issue was resolved swiftly, and now my store is up and running smoothly with customized options.

So far, so good. Doesn't exactly give me the products option that I was looking for. I want something that can handle over 100 different combinations with 3 variants options. However, this will work great for the personalization text I am looking for. Customer service chat was super helpful in getting over some challenges.

Installed very easily, contacted customer support and instantly we had fantastic service from somebody called Helen. She was very friendly and polite but more importantly incredibly helpful and resolved our issues. We are going into a testing phase and the app looks very promising for our store. We would definitely feel confident both recommending this app and reaching out to customer support if we had any issues. So, thank you Helen for being very helpful and resolving our issues.

So far so good! Got the first option set up and working quickly! I really am much happier with the look of the app in comparison to the one I used to use.

The app's support team responds quickly and is always trying to help. Unfortunately, some options such as Quick Checkout or Sticky Add-to-Cart from Shopify are not compatible with the app itself and cannot be customized by the support team.

I came across this app a while ago when I was looking for either a free or inexpensive way to add customization boxes to my website. Globo is the perfect addition for me! I recently had switched my theme and didn't realize that globo didn't cross over to the new theme. I reached out for some help, and within an hour or so, they got me all taken care of! Customer Service is on point with this company!
