I highly recommend this app! I was previously using another product customization app but it had limited functionality and Globo has been incredible so far and looks seamless on my Shopify site. The customer service is absolutely amazing as well. There was a glitch in the integration on my website and Helen ensured it was resolved quickly!

I was given a lot of help from Helen. She didn't let me be forgotten. I'm happy with the support I got. I'm not able to put my customized item in the cart for some reason, when I charge a fee for the customization. But if I leave it off it all works great. I'm very happy with how it makes my product page look.

Second site I use this app on, it is beyond and above my expectations. It could use some nice to have feature like showing the swatches as a slider, but overall it is very versatile and useful. Rosie, from the support was very nice to me when I needed help and had some questions. My verdict is it is very recommended to use the app.

I have used Globo for a few years now and have contacted them on a couple of occasions and always found them very responsive and helpful. Overall the app is very straightforward to use and set up and I like that I can automate option sets to speed things up. Recently I reached out to inquire about changing how the add-on prices show in the cart and Helen quickly got on to it and had it modified for me within a matter of minutes. Highly recommend!

We tried using variants and other options native to shopify to try to achieve what we were looking for with a product that requires alot of info from a customer but couldnt quite get there - I then found this app and it was the perfect solution. Easy to setup and heaps of great options, we now use this on multiple stores for different types of products. Support is also great whether it be for a design or technical issue, they are always fast to respond and get things sorted - shout out to Helen who has helped me out a few times with this app and always does a great job.
