Customer service was quick to respond and solve my issue however the bug on the app needs to be sorted. Having to reset the server is not a solution and not knowing why it happens means it will happen again.

This app works great for the most part. Every once in a while I have issues. Customer service is great but the time zone difference made it take a while not that that can be helped. Still overall satisfied and had a great experience with Helen.

Absolutely amazing app - has been a lifesaver for our personalised product range. The conditional logic rules in particular are great for cleaning up the UI whilst having multiple options. Great support too - Helen has been very helpful with any requests we've had.

These are the things that make an outstanding product! Excellent app - It had 100% of what we wanted and even more. It allows very complex option creation and even has conditional logic.
