They really deserve 5 stars for their customer service. They always get to the bottom of the issue and resolve it in a reasonable time frame. My one complaint would be, because of our unique industry, there is some functionality that would be great for us to have, for example, an extra layer (or two) of conditional logic built in would make creating complicated option sets much easier. However, the app works as its designed to.

This app is perfect, it allows us to have total customisation in a unique and organised way. For our business it is truly amazing and exactly what we need. Having used there Customer Service today I was extremely impress at the speed and the way they sorted my issue. To repeat, amazing Best Regards Paul

I saw the monthly subscription fee, but the charge was made annually. By the time I realized I was charged over $250, it was too late. I felt deceived. I decided to give it a try, but then I discovered many issues with the app. I uninstalled it soon after, yet I was still charged $250.
