Oh boy, where to start? I just wanted the simple ability to have customers type in a name to etch on their Christmas ornament, journal or coasters. What a nightmare, not possible in Shopify - until Globo Products comes to the rescue. Rosie, spent a lot of time (hour and half) walking me through using their excellent product and then helping customize the background colors, what an amazing person. Amazing support.
