Such a good app for having additional add ons. Especially in the jewellery industry and allowing customers to personalise with their own charms. Also, really helpful customer service team. They helped code in extra changes for me. 100% recommend.

Implementing the app was painless and gave the options and visuals needed to best represent our product. The app is robust in both features and design options. The Globo crew is especially helpful with any problems you may have. Helen was wonderful to work with and was extremely prompt and thorough with their responses.

Fantastic app! It’s made rebuilding our complex products from WooCommerce on Shopify so much easier, without losing any of the advanced features we rely on. I hit a few snags (totally on me!), but the support team — especially Helen — were brilliant. I gave them dev access, and they jumped in, fixed everything quickly, and explained it all clearly. Majority of my items are custom and Globo app works great for all the options I need to offer in my store. I have a different app for options in another store and will be switching to Globo as well because it is much easier to manage and set up options. Aside from the app working great their support is outstanding. When I reached out to support team with a request I received a quick response.
