The Globo app is great. The setting options are excellent. I had previously used another app for 1.5 years and the app often had errors and almost made me give up my business. Then I discovered Globo and I'm super happy. The app looks very nice in the front end and is very easy to set up. The support is super helpful. You can almost always reach someone and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Among others Rosie and many others I have been in contact with. :) Thank you so much for your great app and support!

This app was pretty slick, and the free options are amazing. I actually got live support tout de suite, too! Rosie who helped me was amazing, knowledgeable and quick! It was a no-brainer to upgrade the app to the paid version.

This has to be one the easiest and most straight forward options app available for shopify. When I did need help the customer support was very quick to respond. I had the pleasure of Helen assisting me and she fixed my problem in less then an hour. I highly recommend this app.

Would highly not recommend. Look for a different company that stands by their product. We set everything up correctly on our website. Because of a glitch in THEIR software not being compatible with a feature on shopify they gave away thousands of dollars of product away for free. When I contacted them about the issue they offered a measly 15% discount off the subscription price. A whole $15 dollars compared to the thousands that I lost because of their mistake. Im lucky I caught it when I did. They also couldn't guarantee that this wouldn't happen again either. They clearly don't stand by their products and don't care about customers whatsoever. They just want your money

Good support. However, it would be great if the user could change the size of the buttons by themselves.

I contacted Globo Product Options support because I use two different colors. Mike and Helen helped me fulfill my custom request within 24 hours. That's what I call a very good experience. I can only recommend Globo Product Options.

Very impressed at the moment,, Just started my first Shopify account and this app is perfect for I need - Help desk have been brilliant, Helen in particular- very quick to respond and no messing about -Its great to deal with Humans in this day and age... so I guess that's a good sign- so very happy at the moment. Great App!!!Fr and Exceptional support - honestly the best support I have experienced online for the free version I am using. Rosie and Quang have been super helpful with my multiple request in altering our code for Globo! A real asset to our new product, very appreciative! We have just begun to integrate a selected amount of products with Globo Product Options on their free plan. It works so well for the variant options our product offers, I contacted support to ask if they could change the colour of the drop down menu and was put in the hands of Helen who was extremely helpful and speedy with our request. Very happy with this supportive service and look forward to further working with this app.

The app is great for its purpose and has many nice features. What's even better than that is the customer service. Very responsive and will help you get whatever you need done!

Really great app and customer service! Helen is really sympathic and professionnal, all my issues were briefly fixed. I recommend
