Customer support was rapid and very helpful - thank you Rosie. The app itself is great so far, giving me flexibility that I need, similar to modifier sets in Square but able to link to inventory. They are very willing to help out with changes and made it easy for someone like me who is new to Shopify and getting a store up and running.

I just started offering personalized engraving on my site and needed to offer more variants/options than Shopify offers. Shopify suggested Globo. Helen and her team were quick to respond and help me activate my account. They used my brand hex color and kept everything on brand. I couldn't recommend this app more. It relieved a massive headache for me!

I have had a great experience so far with this app. My Rep Rosie was patient with me and walked my thought the set up process. She provided screenshot and videos to help me understand the app and how to set it up correctly on my Shopify account. She stayed with me and answered all my questions until I felt comfortable with the app and how to use it!
