great support; Ben & Francis from customer support both very helpful, fast and precise answers

This app is crucial in sending sales from Shopify to QBO. I have never had a problem in 5 years. Sherwin was very speedy and new exactly how to fix my problem to get the two programs to connect again. Thank you Sherwin!
