La configuration de l'application n'est pas toujours intuitive et il y a beaucoup d'étapes pour en arriver à une synchronisation entre la boutique en ligne et Quickbooks. Cependant, j'ai reçu l'aide de Rods quand j'ai rencontré des problèmes avec ma première vente et tout a été réglé. 3/5 pour la simplicité de configuration mais 5/5 pour l'aide reçue.

We had some ongoing sync issues with QuickBooks Connector and Sherwin was incredibly helpful in resolving them. He explained what needed to be done and disabled the daily error reports we didn’t need.

Jasmin was of great help with some ultra quick support around some mismatching mappings between the QB and Shopify intergration.
