I have a great experience with support, Ben helped me with the issues I encountered syncing the sales, I solved it fast.

Support by Ben is excellent. But the app does not always clearly say if there is an error, some times it stops and you would not know. The money side always works but what doesn't work always in the Sync.

This app is saving us lots of time and for any problems or issues , Ben , has been very very helpful.

I was able to sync my QBO to shopify with this app. It was a bit of learning curve, but chatting with my bookkeeper, I was able to answer the many questions that QBO required. The more technically stuff I reached out in the Launch app and was connected to Francis. They were able to help me tweak the app so that that it worked with QBO.
