We’ve tried many product customization apps, but Globo is by far the best. It was easy to set up and gave us full control over how we wanted our product options to work including rules that show or hide options and extra paid features. Used the free version of this app for years. Needed to update some text and was told that I would have to upgrade to a paid version because 'Date Time' field was now a paid feature. In the end they did me a favour because I switched to King which is better and 100% free.

After trying several other expensive apps that promised more features, I returned to Globo as it is easy to set up and reliable, with just as many customizations. Extremely responsive and helpful support, Gemma solved my special request super quickly!

Had some issues with my products, which were my fault entering all the information and was getting completely frustrated! Rosie and her team had me up and running within an hour. Before I called, none of my items would go to cart but they identified and corrected the issues and fixed me up! Thank God for them! Also the next morning I had one more issue that Emma and her team took care of as well. Great customer service on this app! Glad I reached out cause it saved me tons of time!

App works great for custom options, custom colors and high variant combo products! The Live Chat has been very helpful as well, Helen was able to sort out a conditional formatting issue super fast, after hours!

Great app. Easy to setup and integrate. And their customer service is terrific and super responsive.

The ap is easy to use and understand. I am a beginner when it came to shopify and shopify aps and I chose one before this one I could not understand. This one was easy to get going. The number of ways I can list the options for my products is amazing, photos, color swatches, lists, check boxes, people can upload photos, insert text, etc ... I can change prices depending on the different add ons. I have had some issues and I am not sure if it was my fault or the aps fault but I can say that customer service got my emails and overnight (we are not in the same time zone) had the issue fixed for me and all I had to do was grant them access to my store real quick. Always professional, empathetic and fast! My only critique is the way the orders print out. I wish it was formatted different. It can be a little hard to understand, and the printout for the customer cant really be used, things just do not show up in an easy to understand manner for the customer which causes confusion if they forgot what they bought (yes, they sometimes forget lol). Again, I may be doing something incorrect so I still give them 5stars.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Gemma for digging in and helping me find a solution with the Globo Product Options app for Shopify. I was stuck trying to figure out how to properly configure conditional logic for different product sizes and flavor selections, and Gemma went above and beyond to not only understand the issue but walk me through a solution step by step. Thanks to her, the setup now works exactly how I need it to.
