Just got this app but loving it so far. I'm 62 years old and not very tech saavy. Globo has been very gracious and patient in my learning curve so far. They adjusted the app to integrate with my theme and it blends seemlessly into the product page. Mike has been very professional and helpful and customer service is fast. I'm in the U.S. and have found with other apps that they are not available when I'm up and working. I love that Globo is right there when I need help. As I work with them, I promise to come back and make updates to my review. But, for now they would get 6+ stars frome me and i highly recommend them for you too.

I’ve had customers tell me they couldn’t add items to their cart—not the ones managed by the app, but I was able to add the items myself. I contacted a Shopify expert, and it turns out the Globo app was blocking items from being added to the cart. I disabled the app, and the issue was resolved immediately for the other items. I’ve now deleted the app, and they definitely need to improve it. It seems this issue had been happening for a few days, which explains why my sales dropped by about 30% since integrating the app. watch out to be risked

I've been trying to figure out how to be able to add more variants WITHOUT increasing the inventory quantity, and this app is EXACTLY what I was looking for! I thought I ran into an issue (which ended up being user error) and spoke with Rosie on the live chat and she was very responsive and friendly. Excited I found this app!

We have just begun to integrate a selected amount of products with Globo Product Options on their free plan. It works so well for the variant options our product offers, I contacted support to ask if they could change the colour of the drop down menu and was put in the hands of Helen who was extremely helpful and speedy with our request. Very happy with this supportive service and look forward to further working with this app.
