Customer service is great! Did a good job of explaining things and then when I asked to schedule a call to talk through some issues, they scheduled one for the next day. They were also VERY helpful on the call.

Shocking support, the app does not work and has bugs that prevents products being listed on Amazon. How they can charge you for something their app simply cannot deliver.

I use this app to sync orders from Amazon to Shopify. It worked very well, but stopped working due to a need to re-authorize permissions for Amazon to access our Shopify account. The re-authorization procedure did not work initially but customer service fixed it and it is now working as well as ever.

This app has, unfortunately, done nothing but completely mess up all my eBay listings repeatedly. I have SKUs set for every single variation, but it's still overwriting my listings somehow with outdated, incorrect information. I've had to cancel several orders because buyers purchased from these incorrect listings and I would have had to fulfill orders at a loss. I really can't recommend this to anyone.

I was using this app to sync orders from Amazon to Shopify. It worked very well, but stopped working a couple of months ago. Evidently there is a need to re-authorize permissions for Amazon to access our Shopify account. The re-authorization procedure did not work. I was back and forth with customer support multiple times over several weeks until the issue was escalated to their engineers. There has been no progress and customer support has become unresponsive - hence the 3 Star rating.

This app truly is a godsend if you want to manage your inventory and orders across multiple channels. I know that some folks have had trouble getting setup and run into problems. I did too, and my first review was initially 1 star. But their support team reached out to me and genuinely wanted to help with the issues I was having. I gave them another shot, we worked through the issues, and once I really had a better understanding, I was very happy with this app.

This solution is amazing! We switched from a costly third-party software to list our Shopify products on eBay, and this is a huge improvement. It lets us customise our eBay descriptions with HTML, making our store more appealing. We can map custom eBay fields to metafields, so we only need to create products in Shopify, and Marketplace Connect handles the rest. The continuous updates and new features make this software even more valuable. The support is also amazing, Adrian and the rest of the team always help me out with issues, requests or questions.

Joy V was outstanding in helping resolve some basic issues! We are more than happy to have made the switch to Markeplace Connect. We have used several different "connectors" and system over the past three years and they all have their positives and negative, at the end of the day you have to pick what you are willing to overlook. But the customer service here has been above and beyond any of the other systems we have used!

TL;DR - I would give negative stars, if possible. Constant issues with ALL marketplace integration product syncing. Support tickets repeatedly closed without resolution, lack of communication. You're going to waste a lot of time explaining the same thing weeks on end, time better spent on other aspects of your business; look elsewhere for this service. I have tried all the available marketplace integrations via Marketplace Connect, excluding Target+ due to policy issues. Every single one of these marketplaces have not been able to function properly; SKUs will error out without warnings, images and other critical data will fail to update when changed within Shopify, the GUI is acceptable but not intuitive and differs from marketplace to marketplace rather than being consistent. Support will reply quickly, however, they will pass the buck to someone else just as fast. You will not receive additional contact info when a ticket is allegedly escalated. After showing proof an issue is on Marketplace Connect's end via their own logs, they will deny the facts and point fingers at the marketplace. Over the course of a month and a half, a ticket will be closed multiple times without notice. Support will reply with generic responses with no additional information or progress status updates and ultimately choose to stop replying altogether after supposed escalations. Highly disappointed with this app and wish it could accomplish what it says it does.

I use this for eBay and it is pretty buggy. I estimate I have to create a ticket with support monthly for bugs. Resolving the errors always involves me fixing the bugs which takes up my time despite them being issues with the app. For $29 a month it is way overpriced
