This app no longer supports Etsy. Support tells me to adjust settings that do not exist. Etsy has been removed as a supported connection. Update....Ian from support said ..... "Thanks for confirming. Work is on the way to get the readiness_state_id implemented. Our dev team should release it soon. I'll let you know right away when it does."

CAREFUL! It doesnt only charge after 50 orders! It adds fees to your Shopify bill even for revenue that has nothing to do with the app!

Great concept but fails to deliver. - Walmart marketplace connection disconnects every few days and I need to manually re-establish the connection for orders to get imported. - Etsy connection does not work anymore. @Shopify team, you have the best e-commerce, and we want to work with you. Why don't you make it easier for us? Please, charge a fee if you need to, but get it done!

I recently used this app and had an incredible experience! I faced some challenges aligning the app's policies with my eBay seller policies, but Mariel R. from customer service was a tremendous help. eBay works fully as expected. Etsy is totally broken. Sometimes it doesn’t sync at all, new products can’t be published, and we have to write to support so they publish them manually. Sometimes the description synchronization fails. Variant images are not switchable on the Etsy side. Category mapping isn't work also and after 6 month no fix! Etsy is a constant pain. We have exchanged over 80 emails with support. Support does respond and tries to fix things, which is why I give 2 stars and not one. But offering Etsy as a feature when it hasn’t worked properly for about 6 months or keeps breaking is not fair.

The app does not import pending orders from Amazon anymore. Support team says it's because Amazon changed the way they process orders and therefore, the app cannot import the orders until they are confirmed by Amazon. However, it should be possible, as the option to import pending orders from Amazon is still available on the app. We kindly request the development team to work on making this function available again, as it is possible to sync the pending orders (there other apps currently doing it). The app is good, but the support team is not helpful and the fact that it has an available option to choose from that does not work, makes the app not worthy, unfortunately.

This app is an absolute disgrace. Since the beginning of October, the Etsy connection is no longer supported, and nobody can give me any help or solutions. I was left completely in the dark – no warning, no notification, no email. Just cut off without any explanation. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for users. Honestly, even 1 star is far too generous.

Although it's a bit of a learning curve, this app has allowed us to import our Amazon orders and fulfil faster along with our Shopify orders. The support has been great too. Highly recommended to streamline your business!

I’ve always been very happy and satisfied every time I contacted Shopify support. They are always very helpful and willing to assist. I had a few situations that required support and every time the issues were resolved. Definitely worth 5 stars.

This tool is currently broken with Etsy. Etsy now requires a readiness state identifier - whether your product is ready to ship or is made to order - and Marketplace Connect has no function for setting this value, so and new listings fail to post to Etsy. Support only answers that the merchant should contact Etsy, while Etsy says their API allows for this identifier to be passed and the app developer needs to update their code. I am stuck in a loop of 2 support teams passing the issue back to the other.

The purpose of a PLUG IN is to make life easier. This plugin does not update Global setting from one place, you have to manually update by Bulk Edit. With 4000+ products not helpful. When the Google /Shopify Category is mapped in Shopify ( a bit of work in itself) I now learn that their app needs me to manually insert a eBay category ID because "eBay has retired the APIs we were using to support eBay auto categorization. As such, it is now necessary to select a category when listing your products. When it comes to mapping the category, eBay only accepts a category ID for the listings, so I suggest reaching out to eBay to map the approved IDs to your products. " (So I am meant to contact eBay and redo 250 categories for 4400 products, no thanks) Does NOT make LIFE easy, does not matter the cost if it adds work to my effort rather than reduces it.
