Support was slow, Ebay Template didn't sync to our Ebay store so we ended up paying someone else to manually fix the issue. This was after weeks of waiting and the issue being 'escalated to the team'. Not a great experience tbh.

I use Shopify Marketplace Connect for Walmart and Target Plus to list my products. While Walmart's interface was initially less intuitive, it's now fairly easy to use. Target's listing process, however, has been very frustrating. Walmart Marketplace: Pros: Easy listing process once you're familiar with the interface. Cons: Some prompts and expectations within the app could be clearer and more straightforward. Target Marketplace Connect: Cons: * My first listing attempt was rejected without a clear explanation. * The second listing required an excessive amount of detail, including numerous dimensions, making it unnecessarily time-consuming. * The app needs clearer indication of which fields are truly required. Currently, it uses an asterisk to mark some required fields, but after submitting a listing, I receive critical errors for fields that were not marked as required. This inconsistency leads to multiple errors and wasted time. * Target Plus lacks the shipping flexibility offered by other platforms. Sellers are locked into their initial choice of shipping carrier, which restricts options for both sellers and customers who may prefer different carriers or shipping speeds. Suggestion: * Target should streamline the listing process, clearly indicate which fields are mandatory, and ensure a smoother, more user-friendly experience. * Improve shipping flexibility: Allow sellers to change shipping carriers based on weight, shipping cost, and speed. Support Experiences: Support experiences have been inconsistent. While some agents were unhelpful and unclear, I recently connected with Lou, who was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, empathetic, and provided clear solutions. Suggestion: Ensure all support agents are trained to provide the same level of excellent service as Lou, with a focus on clear communication, empathy, and understanding. Overall: Enhance the seller experience by focusing on clarity and efficiency. Provide clear instructions, concise error messages (not everything needs to be critical), and a clear distinction between required and recommended fields. Streamlined processes and knowledgeable support agents are also essential.

Not worth it. The amount of time I spend taling with support because it's so buggy fully negates the benefits. I wish I'd just set each marketplace up seperately for all the issues that would have given me than using this terrible app.

App. poco pratica interfaccia confusionale, la traduzione in lingua italiana ha funzionato fino ad ora e solo per quanto riguarda il menù e le impostazioni per quanto riguarda la pagina di modifica di un'inserzione a caso la lingua è stata sempre in inglese, ma adesso tutta l'app è solo in lingua inglese, la sincronizzazione degli ordini non sempre funziona per quanto riguarda la spedizione soprattutto per chi usa ebay spedizioni!

Kind of annoying.The app keeps randomly unlinking my Etsy listings, which throws off inventory counts between both shops. When I try to reconnect or relist, it won’t let me because the item is already marked as "listed." The only way to regain full functionality seems to be routinely removing the listings, unpairing the secondary shop, uninstalling the app, and starting fresh by reinstalling it.

Bulk orders dont work. Some tags I can set, other not. Support can´t give a solution. So I need to check every change I made in see if it works. Manually. And for half of the products I still didnt figure out how to bulk order easy things like tags. I need to configure this manually on the marketplace... annoying.

I wanted to give this app a great review as I was excited to get my products connected with my Etsy store. However now that's it's connected and I have spent many hours making sure the titles and products ingredients and categories, tags etc are set up as necessary. EVERY TIME a product is sold on my shopify store it goes back and overwrites the details I have updated on Etsy. The connection I required was simply to update the quantity. They should offer this as an option - only update the quantity when checking the shopify site for updates.

I use this for eBay and it is pretty buggy. I estimate I have to create a ticket with support monthly for bugs. Resolving the errors always involves me fixing the bugs which takes up my time despite them being issues with the app. For $29 a month it is way overpriced

Support is good and the app connects well to most marketplaces except for eBay which is a nightmare. I wish there was an easier way to disconnect incorrectly linked products rather than wait a few days for support to do it.

If you are looking to sync with Amazon, it is decent, and you will need to connect with customer service. They are very helpful with Amazon. However, if you need to connect with Etsy, customer service does not have a clue. They send you pages to read, but in reality, it does not work. I have already spent 7 days contacting customer service morning and night (by the way, they do not work on weekends) and still have no solution. Only 2 items have synced, but using the same settings doesn't work for others. Please fix the issue with Etsy and improve customer service .

Works fine for ebay but not Amazon. I've been put through the wringer with this company and have been with them for 12 months so it's not a knee jerk reaction but MarketPlace Connect simply does not do what it says. I keep being told developers are looking into it but it's not solved. I don't believe they have the technical skills because simple listings do not sync with Amazon and are stuck in publishing mode. I've waited 2 months for this to be sorted but run out of patience. I absolutely do not recommend this app for Amazon syncing.

The App works but beware despite turning off "Import Orders" (which Shopify explicitly say is the only chargeable part of the app) Shopify began charging me significant amounts, going against their own terms and conditions, and without my permission. I was not importing orders, just syncing product inventory to our Amazon account (which is a significant size now). They decided to start charging us a fee for all our Amazon orders completely unrelated to anything Marketplace connect. My money is still being held although apparently the billing team are looking into it but it does not seem to be going anywhere.

I've used this on and off for years. Has been very buggy in the past and 'gotten us in trouble' with amazon because randomly stopped syncing. I see that they now are charging 1% of revenue of synced listings, on top of their app charges, which I find unbelievably greedy. This must be some kind of monopolistic advantage. Anyway, you can't just push your listings to Amazon and be done - AZ is super complex and the listings must be highly customized. After 5-8 years we are going to find another app due to this greedy policy change. I suspect they changed their name from Codisto in order to avoid their reputation of poor service in the past. For some reason this is Shopify's go to recommendation and I have no idea why.
