It historically imported a bunch of old orders without any confirmation or clicking anywhere Caused a lot of double orders. Support just says "thats intendeded, how about you go fix 600 orders manually from both Shopify and your accounting system" No compensation no nothing. Total lack of care for merchants.

Why doesn't Target Plus support multiple images per variant? Currently, only the main image is correct for each variant, while the other images are all jumbled up...

The app has been flawless with our Amazon connection. Less so with Walmart, but I suspect that this is a WM issue rather than a Shopify one. Support has been very helpful as needed.

Really easy way to handle my Ebay listings from my Shopify store. Dale Jones is an amazing tech support rep who helped us get the Shopify to Ebay connection working very well (give Dale a raise).

Interface is all over the place, but came here because in trying to transfer products, it wiped out all of my secondary images on all of my listings. ....luckily I have a backup for the 4000+ listings on my shop, but this is wildly underbaked as a product

The app is what everybody needs to scale a business to the most frequented marketplaces, it works like a charm and the support really responds well to requests for help. I want to especially highlight the name of Mariel R., who fixed an error keeping me from uploading to Amazon and wrote a manual with pictures to help me set up a process to repeat with my other products, pending to be synced to Amazon. Highly recommended.

The error messaging on listings is beyond vague. With a little explanation and some more UX improvements, this could be a lot easier. Likely will pay for an app that is more thorough.

This app is complete trash! it doesnt work at all! Some products are imported to Amazon some are not ... nobody can tell why this is. The only thing you hear is, that you should delete the listings and try to import the products again. Soo frustrating to work with bad apps like that!!! Also, this app is self-service only. So, if you have a problem nobody is willing to take some time to resolve the issue ... I tried to make the Amazon import work for a 1 1/2 month now ... without success!

Steals your money for orders from amazon that are not even connected. if you do any decent business with amazon they are going to charge you 1% of all your orders

Very useful app for integration with eBay, customer support are also very helpful with any questions that are asked. Bernadeth assisted me with some pricing issues I was trying to fix and was amazing!

Support (Chloe) was exceptional. She walked me through the channel and verified it as a user friendly tool that makes it easy to sell online via Shopify listings!

We use the app for Amazon and Ebay. The connections are fast, it can be mapped to meta data making it easier to input product attributes. The customer service has always been quick to help and my problems are always resolved quickly. There are occasional issues with photos not posting to Ebay correctly. This is solved with a simple email. The app is slow, taking a long time to open individual listings.

Shopify is a very confusing App. But the rep I dealt with was great and let me exactly where I needed to go and prevented me from going round and round with Target Plus support Thanks!!!

I was very unhappy with the customer service. The agent was unable to solve the problem and left the chat by forwarding the email contact of their superior agent. I have to uninstall this app after unsuccessful attempts since the last week.

I heavily relied on the app, and then, out of nowhere, from one day to the other, they discontinued their support for etsy. Just like that, no warning in advance, no notice, just an error message when syncing new listings. After wasting hours of research, I finaly found out, they want "to spend their efforts on other platform". -> do NOT rely on the app nor the team behind it!

Consistently crap, start to finish. Now Etsy isn't supported? "Etsy has changed so we don't have the ability..." "Anyway talk to a 3rd party app they can still do it." MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! Every listing, i had to talk to support. I had to reupload every listing, every new agent i had to explain exactly what had previously happened and still couldn't take my word for it, prolonging issues. I left my emails when live agents were not available over 7 times with issues, I got a response 1 time via email. Why is it the 1 thing we could get for free from shopify is now closing, pushing us towards 3rd party apps that I'm guess they get a cut of the profits...

I haven't had issues with this app, for what I have been using it has worked wonders, and the support they provide is quick and they have managed to resolve my issues, so far so good.
