This app truly is a godsend if you want to manage your inventory and orders across multiple channels. I know that some folks have had trouble getting setup and run into problems. I did too, and my first review was initially 1 star. But their support team reached out to me and genuinely wanted to help with the issues I was having. I gave them another shot, we worked through the issues, and once I really had a better understanding, I was very happy with this app.

Shopify Marketplace Connect enabled us to import our eBay and Walmart marketplace orders into our Shopify store. Setup was easy and straightforward. This solution is amazing! We switched from a costly third-party software to list our Shopify products on eBay, and this is a huge improvement. It lets us customise our eBay descriptions with HTML, making our store more appealing. We can map custom eBay fields to metafields, so we only need to create products in Shopify, and Marketplace Connect handles the rest. The continuous updates and new features make this software even more valuable. The support is also amazing, Adrian and the rest of the team always help me out with issues, requests or questions.

We received great support from Adrian today. He helped us fix an issue with a listing and order import. We use this app to manage all our Amazon orders and can highly recommend it.

Joy V was outstanding in helping resolve some basic issues! We are more than happy to have made the switch to Markeplace Connect. We have used several different "connectors" and system over the past three years and they all have their positives and negative, at the end of the day you have to pick what you are willing to overlook. But the customer service here has been above and beyond any of the other systems we have used!

Great solid app and great support team. We're getting our items into the Walmart marketplace as we speak!

I cannot thank him enough for working with me to resolve my issues. He helped me when two other support agents could not solve my problem. which is very annoying as ive said this over and over since last year! other than that great appp and awesome staff!!

TL;DR - I would give negative stars, if possible. Constant issues with ALL marketplace integration product syncing. Support tickets repeatedly closed without resolution, lack of communication. You're going to waste a lot of time explaining the same thing weeks on end, time better spent on other aspects of your business; look elsewhere for this service. I have tried all the available marketplace integrations via Marketplace Connect, excluding Target+ due to policy issues. Every single one of these marketplaces have not been able to function properly; SKUs will error out without warnings, images and other critical data will fail to update when changed within Shopify, the GUI is acceptable but not intuitive and differs from marketplace to marketplace rather than being consistent. Support will reply quickly, however, they will pass the buck to someone else just as fast. You will not receive additional contact info when a ticket is allegedly escalated. After showing proof an issue is on Marketplace Connect's end via their own logs, they will deny the facts and point fingers at the marketplace. Over the course of a month and a half, a ticket will be closed multiple times without notice. Support will reply with generic responses with no additional information or progress status updates and ultimately choose to stop replying altogether after supposed escalations. Highly disappointed with this app and wish it could accomplish what it says it does.

I use this for eBay and it is pretty buggy. I estimate I have to create a ticket with support monthly for bugs. Resolving the errors always involves me fixing the bugs which takes up my time despite them being issues with the app. For $29 a month it is way overpriced

Easy connection between shopify and other marketplaces. Staff always happy to help sort out the problems. Nice to keep everything in one spot! :)

It's been one week since I have downloaded this app. I have not been able to get it to work the way it supposed to. I am looking to minimize time spent creating new listings on various marketplace platforms. I am trying to sync apparel listings from my Shopify to Amazon, Walmart, & eBay. After creating a listing on Shopify I have to optimize the listing on each marketplace individually; basically the same time I would spend creating the listing on the particular marketplace. The process to do so takes more time than creating each listing on each individual marketplace. The steps you need to take to create a new listing on Amazon is ridiculous; it's like creating the whole spreadsheet from scratch. Walmart doesn't connect properly; I can't get the shipping templates to sync. The customer service is ok but they are not really helpful with solving the issues. I am on the verge of deleting the app as it's been so much of time waisted.

Fantastic app, works as intended, and the support team are all amazing should you ever need help. They're fast and helpful and always go above and beyond :)

Unable to get an Amazon listing to link. The only help they've offered is "That is an Amazon problem"... I've used Marketplace Connect for 5-years, since it was the original Codisto without issue. Now, that I have had 1 hiccup with a listing they provide 0 customer support.

Not secure. There is an integration issue with Walmart, and customer support requested we share private API key pairs and secrets in plaintext. Unimaginable.

Horrible experience. Absolutely the worst. I have tried disconnecting from Walmart, waiting 24 hours and reconnecting but have all kinds of issues with API keys, permissions, you name it. And I'm in the business. This app simply is so buggy that it takes way too much time to try to fix listings. And I only have 10 products. Someone really needs to look at the user journey - the user experience - for someone who has issues so they can figure it out. The app may work if you have everything perfectly set up, but if you don't or you can sync, can't publish, and everything with your products is fine on all the other feeds, then something is so very wrong with this app. Do better SHOPIFY. This is horrid.

Shopify Marketplace Connect app is truly amazing! It allows me to manage multiple marketplaces from one place, saving me a lot of time and effort. The order management and inventory sync features were especially helpful. I was also impressed by the fast response and resolution from their support team whenever an issue arose. I think this app is a must-have for online sellers. Highly recommend!!

24 hour support is excellent. Also the Marketplace connect app is very nice new feature. Connected to my ebay store in minutes, waiting for etsy to sync. Thank you Shopify!

Its a horrible tool when you want to manage inventory by youself. They don't offer an option to disconnect your product with their app, so you literally lost the product inventory edit permissions.
