Shopify connect is a great fit for smaller retailers or if you have a smaller product range, larger product ranges might have some teething issues and you might have to work hard to get through them with their support team, but at its core it is a very effective tool for managing your listings and does have some clever tricks that other apps have yet to figure out how to achieve.

It closes my account automatically. When I reopen account it shows it's all good, but once I leave the page, my acc. got shut down again. When I reached out to support and explained. They answered by "acc. is closed". When I replied by explaining again, they just ignored me. BTW, my one product is "publishing" to Etsy for 2 days. And app is super slow. Not sure how they managed to receive so much good reviews.

After struggling with errors we were getting for ebay, Harryl quickly supported us though a call to ensure we cleared all our questions and the existing errors that our products had. If your operating a small store with limited product range and dont want to do anything remotely complicated it should be fine. If you have any kind of product range or encounter any issues dont expect them to be resolved, their support is non existent, only capable of providing platitudes and quickfire links to existing support pages. They also believe their system is completely infallible, even when providing evidence to the contary, if you do go through their support system, be careful of responding to feedback requests, their support agents dont take kindly to cristiscm and will follow up with sarcastic messages in the original ticket, quote "you should know how to fix your issues on your own" very professional, not, suprised shopify would associate their name with app like this.

Extremely Disappointing Experience I'm beyond disappointed with this app, which cost me my 250 free ebay listings and more! The lack of support is staggering, especially compared to smaller apps with super fast support. With this app, you're left waiting for Shopify to respond, which feels like an eternity. Chloe should be fired. I've experienced major issues with this app, including duplicate entries being created every time a product sells on my eBay store, forcing me to manually delete them. The app also auto-relists items despite settings to prevent it, resulting in unnecessary eBay fees. To make matters worse, I've received zero support from the app, leading to a month's worth of profits lost to fees. I strongly advise against using this app unless you enjoy manually tracking inventory and dealing with duplicate entries. I'm migrating my store to a reputable third-party app with actual support and reliable functionality. I hope this review gets someone's attention, but I'm not holding my breath and it won't change my willingness to use this dumpster fire app! Rating: NEGATIVE 5! Stay away!!

We had so many issues with syncing to Etsy and lack of good support we have moved to Woocommerce. When shopify updated, it changed all our listings from LBs to grams... and removed the weight from our Etsy store completely. The support had us unlist everything and list it back, which cost us money... plus HOURS to try and fix everything. Their solution was to change our Shopify Marketplace listings to grams. It then caused our Etsy store to believe we were overseas, which then caused a whole other issue for us. This has been the worst!

I have installed it like 3 weeks ago and I have to say that this solution is just great. Very easy to connect any marketplace and list products there. I had respect for marketplaces but with this solution it is easier than 2+2 :) Customer support was just professional and freaking fast.

Ediline (Shopify Marketplace Connect) helped me out greatly i was having trouble integrating my Walmart Selling Account and it wouldn't work on my end i sent them the Keys and granted them access we got Disconnected at this point and i was freaking out ... they emailed me and said to let them know when i approved the connection for them to help. I approved it and asked if we could chat again They said no they had other customers but they went ahead and Validated my credentials on the site for Walmart and it worked now Im connected cant thank Them enough for the support!

This is the worst app I have ever used to connect two marketplaces. They forced us to leave codisto and use this app but it has so many errors and is incredibly slow to load content. It also can take 48 hours for our listings to update on Amazon. We will make a listing active and set a new price and inventory quantity and it will become active on Amazon immediately, but the pricing and inventory will not update for days afterward. I have had to manually go into seller central and change prices and inventory there. So what is the point of this app? If we had any other choice, we would not use this.

This app has serious problems working with Amazon. The whole process of getting new items linked with our account is clunky and unreliable. We receive error messages that we know are false (e.g. asking for an ASIN when one is already provided). Overall this app is more of a hindrance than a benefit for companies wishing to expand their business into Amazon sales. On top of this, we currently are not receiving the service we have paid for. Marketplace Connect refuses to link our new products to Amazon or eBay due to "outstanding payments". Apparantly, we incurred these payments due to passing our order limit threshold. However, we can see that we are still under our order limit, a fact that has also been acknowledged by your own support team. In summary, we have been left waiting for a service that we pay a premium for which doesn't even work properly. This is shocking considering Marketplace Connect is owned by Shopify! I would advise other businesses to seek alternatives.

I'm just getting started with this and so far it has been very easy to use. I already had listings on Amazon so this app just linked them all up and I was good to go. It definitely helped that my Amazon listings were already well set-up and established, but I did push one listing to eBay (where there were none) and that was pretty simple too. Needed some questions answered and Dom answered them very quickly. Great support.
