Support is good and the app connects well to most marketplaces except for eBay which is a nightmare. I wish there was an easier way to disconnect incorrectly linked products rather than wait a few days for support to do it.

Can't seem to set mine up - either an issue with the asin or sku. Great concept, just unfortunately doesn't work for me so will try the old fashioned way of manually adding the products to Amazon.

This app is one of the best ways to get into many marketplaces all from the convenience of one website(your own). The customer service is there to help and the platform allows for you to get into the places where your customers are already looking. Paid traffic seems secondary when you have the power to put your product in front of your customers in the marketplace they are already looking. Omni-channel sales, let's do this!

Joy V. was such a breath of fresh air. The issue I created by trying to upload all my products at the same time on a new account was not apparent to me at the time. Joy V. took a very compassionate approach to letting me know what happened and why I would have to wait five days until Amazon lifted the ban on future uploads from our account. We were not aware of this restriction until now. However, we have learned and can move forward. It was such a joy to have Joy V. lead us down the right path that included the proper classifications for all our product lines. I cannot recommend Joy V. or the support team any higher than the 5 stars...however, we sure would like to.

Great support staff. But it needs to have its chatbox much bigger because its currently hard to scroll without running thru the entire conversation which is very annoying as ive said this over and over since last year! other than that great appp and awesome staff!!

I've been using this app for nearly three days to integrate my POD items on Amazon, but I'm still encountering issues. Customer service has been friendly and tried to assist, but they don't seem to fully grasp the problem. The user dashboard is very complex and hard to navigate. I've already spent two days on this app, so I'm hesitant to uninstall it right away. I'll give it one more week to see if I can make it work, but if you're new like me, you might want to consider exploring other options for now.

If you are just getting started, don't use this app!!! It's a normal nightmare to sync it with Amazon and eBay if you haven't configured your products on Shopify (nobody will tell you that) - It's definitely not newbie recommended and not as straight forward as they want you to think it is. Until today (23/08/2024) I haven't been able to send a single product from Shopify to Amazon - there's always an error somewhere! Not great!

This review is for the ebay sync. Most features work well and sync properly. The 2 starts is due to there lack of support and assistance. For eBay Motors Parts and Accessories, we have been having issue with the Epids information in the app, not populating on the Ebay listings. Our first communication was on July 25th. Since then I've requested an update to the issue every 3-4 days. I've yet to get any answer to the issue besides its been sent to the DEV team. This is an important issue, as car compatibility for car parts on eBay is a huge way for listings to get shown. HELP ME!

Funktioniert alles soweit. Jedoch sind wichtige Texte nicht ordentlich übersetzt und teilweise auf schwedisch anstatt deutsch. Dann wird der Amazon Umsatssteuer Service sehr prominent angezeigt, hier darf man nicht ausversehen klicken. Aber Lagerbestand und Bestellungen einlesen funktioniert nun einwandfrei.

I would definitely NOT recommend this app! It is NOT user friendly. The support was crappy and did not help at all. Will be using other apps instead. Shopify should ensure support is alot better and the app easier to use. It just did not work for me. Very disappointing.

I have only been using this for a few days and one thing that has impressed me the most is the level of customer service. EVERY member of staff has been able to answer my questions with ease (and patience!), if they have not been able to answer they go away for a matter of minutes and come back with an answer. 90% of having an app is the support and these guys know how to do support!

So far i´ve been having a great experience with them! Deff worth it! Amazon team don´t really know what they are doing half the time lol so when i contacted their support they really didn´t know how to help but marketplace connect has been there for me since day one helping me out and troubleshooting everything. Avis mitigé à ce stade car notre portefeuille produits comporte de nombreux kits (ou bundles ou lots composés de plusieurs références )que nous avons réussi à créer pour Amazon. Toutefois les commandes Amazon ne remontent pas pour les bundles et MarketPlace Connect n'a pas de solution à date. Sommes déçus !

App was working great, then they changed something forcing it to now send Walmart orders to Shopify with sale tax. According to their knowledge base and all documentation, it should not do this, because Walmart collects and pays tax. So we are now stuck doing manual adjustments for tax on every order to ensure we don't double pay tax. The app has become unusable. Tier 1 chat support acknowledge the bug but then moved to email where the dev team was going to work on resolution. However, decided not to do anything about it. They won't say anything more than "This is how it works" and wont escalate or assist in any way. Support is simply ignoring the bug that they know exists. We're trying to find a 3rd party app that will work. This doesn't!
