The app works great! Make sure to NOT create invoice in QBO as well. If you do, add a prefix to it, otherwise the Shopify order will not post to QBO because of duplicate invoice numbers. Easy fix - just something to be conscious of when setting the the API. Thanks Ben!

QuickBooks Online Global has great customer care. Sherwin was very helpful and knowledgeable and was quick to resolve my syncing issue.

Troy came onto chat as soon as I launched it, he solved my problem right away and also wanted to help me load historical data prior to integration which sadly I did not have time for so he kindly gave me a link to raise a ticket when I was ready.
