This app has been great. I have been using it for a short period of time and so far, it has been everything I am looking for and more. Customer service is top notch. I had an issue with the layout I tried to work out, come close, just couldn't get it right. Reached out to support, Helen from Globo reached out to us very quickly jumped on our site and made it just how we wanted the look and feel of it. Huge thanks to Helen and Global support. So far so good... haven't gone deep into the product but the support team handles everything quickly which gives me great confidence the app will give me the results I am looking for...

Quick anser from support. Some features should be updated: when a customer searches for a product by typing it in the search field, he ends up on the product page.. It is not possible to switch from the product page to the catalog of other similar products if the customer wants to compare the selection quickly and easily

Such a great app. Very versatile and robust collection page filter section which is really hard to come by with other apps. Not only is the app nice and slick and would fully recommend on this alone, but the customer support takes these guys head and shoulders above the competition. If you are wondering which app to try if you have a selection - go for this one as you will receive very fast support if you come across any technical issues.

After many disappointing attempts with other apps, I came across Smart Product Filter & Search and am delighted. Finally the search looks as professional as I had imagined. In addition, it is incredibly easy to customize it to my needs. There was a small problem when setting it up, the images and descriptions were shifted incorrectly. The filter feature is very comprehensive, the filter tree helps you organize all the filters super easily, and they have a support team available to answer all your questions. Helen helped me resolve some things I couldn't find, and everything went super smoothly.
