The app is not bad but the support is astonishingly bad. We asked if they could re-create a filter for us and then disable it. The support said yes. A few minutes later, the support asked, "is there anything else I can help you with?" Then we reconfirmed whether they can recreate a filter for us and then disable it. The support said yes again. 1 hour later, the support sent us a screenshot that we sent to them. We don't understand what was going on. The support team also pays no attention to our messages, screenshots, or videos. They neglect every detail. We have to repeat ourselves and explain to them 2-3 times for each issue. The other problem is that you cannot follow up with an ongoing ticket the next day. The chat window basically refreshes every day. So the next day, you have to contact the support again for the same question. Talking to the support really wasted us a lot of time. We thought about subscribing to the Professional plan ,but now we would go for the Basic plan. The app also malfunctions from time to time. Sometimes the instant search just does not work and the support cannot fix it. This is the worst app on Shopify and we paid for the yearly plan. When the support fixes one issue, another will immediately come out of nowhere. The support responds very slowly and can never completely fix an issue

We have been using this app for a while and appreciate the additional features it offers our customers. There was some issues with the app but Helen & Clara helped us fix it! They were both very nice and professional. I appreciate their help. Luckily, this all happened late for our customers, and they were online to help via Chat.

L'application est facile à installer, le service à la clientèle est rapide et efficace pour les personnalisations ou les problèmes à régler (Merci Clara!). L'ajout des filtres est une fonction très appréciée de nos clientes! Seul bémol : il faut synchroniser manuellement l'app chaque fois qu'on fait des modifications à nos collections (collections automatiques) car ce processus ne se fait pas automatiquement. Ce serait bien que cette synchro se fasse automatiquement à intervalles réguliers.

Steven was a great help with trouble shooting some issues I was having with how I set up the filters for my website (having a second set of eyes from someone who knows this stuff well is great!). J’ai demandé à plusieurs reprise de l’aide pour certains problèmes que je rencontrais, et j’ai toujours eu le droit à une super réactivité de l’équipe. Avec un suivi par mail, pour s’assurer que tout se passait bien dans les semaines qui suivaient. Needed a small customization to the filtering functionality. After clarifying my requirements Globo staff addressed the request within a day. Many app developers do not provide this kind of quick turnaround. Quite pleased with the result and the process of getting the change implemented.

So far they've been responsive and quick to fix our issues (all setup driven issues). We had some minor issues with displays that they fixed immediately and the search now does everything we need. So far, so good.

Excellent Support – Issue Fixed Quickly & Boosted Our Store Performance We had a technical issue on our Shopify store that couldn’t be fixed through normal theme settings or coding.
