L'application est facile à installer, le service à la clientèle est rapide et efficace pour les personnalisations ou les problèmes à régler (Merci Clara!). L'ajout des filtres est une fonction très appréciée de nos clientes! Seul bémol : il faut synchroniser manuellement l'app chaque fois qu'on fait des modifications à nos collections (collections automatiques) car ce processus ne se fait pas automatiquement. Ce serait bien que cette synchro se fasse automatiquement à intervalles réguliers.

Steven was a great help with trouble shooting some issues I was having with how I set up the filters for my website (having a second set of eyes from someone who knows this stuff well is great!). He was friendly and was able to find and explain the problems to me very well and the problems were fixed on the spot. Thanks Steven!

Needed a small customization to the filtering functionality. After clarifying my requirements Globo staff addressed the request within a day. Many app developers do not provide this kind of quick turnaround. Quite pleased with the result and the process of getting the change implemented.

So far they've been responsive and quick to fix our issues (all setup driven issues). We had some minor issues with displays that they fixed immediately and the search now does everything we need. So far, so good.

Poor Support system. No Live support during installations. Bit complex if you have already a filter in place.

Helen was able to resolve major issues stemming from my custom theme coding so quickly--I really appreciate her support and the ease of the product itself.

The app is not bad but the support is astonishingly bad. We asked if they could re-create a filter for us and then disable it. The support said yes. A few minutes later, the support asked, "is there anything else I can help you with?" Then we reconfirmed whether they can recreate a filter for us and then disable it. The support said yes again. 1 hour later, the support sent us a screenshot that we sent to them. We don't understand what was going on. The support team also pays no attention to our messages, screenshots, or videos. They neglect every detail. We have to repeat ourselves and explain to them 2-3 times for each issue. The other problem is that you cannot follow up with an ongoing ticket the next day. The chat window basically refreshes every day. So the next day you have to contact the support again for the same question. Talking to the support really wasted us a lot of time. We thought about subscibing for the Professional plan but now we would go for the Basic plan.

Clara was very helpful with helping me set up filters for my store website. She was responsive, and solved all of my issues quickly and effectively.
