The support we received from this company was dissappointing. First of all , your app was clearly unstable and needed to be fixed, yet your team couldn't figure out how to fix it which is shocking considering you built an entire app without having sufficient bug-fixing knowledge You scheduled an appointment with us and when we show up , no one shows up, no one emails us to update us if you were running late or not. We had to wait for 30 mins before we emailed and got a response 20 minutes later. No remorse or apologies for keeping a client waiting for 50 minutes and proceed to ask us to join the meeting. Are you kidding me.
