The app is effective and well designed but the customer service is beyond what you could even hope for. I'm talking less than 10 minutes after a support question on the Shopify app Helen had emailed me ready to handle the issue. No link to a support article. No AI chat function that leads to a waiting list for a chat with someone else. This was direct support from a person, Helen and her team, solving my issue is under 30 minutes. I can't remember the last time I was so happy with the support I got for anything. Helen is a stone cold killer and I'm here writing the third review of anything in my life because of it. My website is back functioning the way it should 40 minutes from my first point of contact. You tell me the value of that!
