Scammers, they tricked my company to switch to their "Scale" plan with the promise for more features for the same price. In the end, i paid double what i paid before for THE SAME features even less. Stopped using their app, removing it from all my 3 stores. Now, you scammed me with small amount but lost 3 stores that use to pay you for years. My advise, go to Judge me - same features, but better price and support.

So Far i love it, But i have to make sure it can do what i am thinking. to show how many products were sold in the current month, and show the reviews

I had issues with the rating widget not beign shown in my store, even though I added it, so I contacted the support team and Ellison, one of the members, guided me through the solution and, in a couple hours I solved my issue. Thanks again Ellison!

LOOX is total scam! Tricked me to move from my current plan to their "Scale" plan. The only scale was the price i had to pay - from $35 to $80 for exactly the same service i used before! And this was not showed to me at the time of migration. In fact, it was represented as like moving to move features for the same price. Now if you send more than 300 emails per month your price is $79, up from $35! And for what? When Judge Me offers the same features, even more for just $15. Removing Loox, been using it for years. What shocked me is when i contacted them, they didn't even care that they scammed me and refused to refund. I'm going to report that to shopify. They are not transparent when they ask you to migrate. You are not represented with all facts prior the switch.

Simple and easy to use. I didn't have any trouble figuring out how to use this app, and it fits my theme perfectly well in my opinion.

Biggest mistake i ever made on shopify just to installed this App! once you subscribe there is no way out! even if it says uninstalling app from shopify store will be automatically unsubscribe ! thats not true ! billing keeps coming ! no answer from support or email! its discusting!

They make it easy to set up a robust review system. Lots of flexibility. Love that they allow video review capture. Always fast to respond to support requests. I had a question that support rep Jemuel addressed quickly which allowed me to generate review links for specific products.

I am just getting started but the set up was super easy to follow. I am so excited and looking forward to giving an updated review in 30 days.

I have been using Loox reviews for over a year now (between multiple stores), and it is simply amazing. Very customizable, doesn't slow down page speed much, and looks great!
