I had a problem with some reviews on my store so I emailed the help team and got put in touch with Jodel. Had an issue and needed help on how to import reviews so i contacted Loox support team and Aya was so amazing as she taught me through it.

I love how easy it is to set up. There are also video tutorials that are easy to follow. This app is worth it and offers great value for money. I'm excited to see my store grow with the help of Loox.

Installing Loox was very easy. Even after I accidentally closed the tab while I was setting it up, my email for help was quickly answered by Ken. He answered my question right away and all is good!

I was really excited to move from another app as Loox seemed to have everything I need for my store which relies heavily on reviews to generate sales. The previous review app posted all of our reviews to our FB business page. Loox DOES NOT even though they claim they syndicate reviews to Meta. Given that, we will need to find a differently platform for our reviews and referrals.

Jemuel was a great help, he solved my problem in minutes. I do not recommend Elison however, because we chatted back and forth 20 times and my problem was not solved but she seemed nice.
