Really happy with Loox so far. It has essential things I need: - Multi lingual reviews - Unlimited review requests - Offer incentives for reviews that lead to more sales - Bonus upsell feature (which means I stopped a different app) Great support too, Dolev fixed an issue with our collections. Molly helped with our bonus review emails. Highly recommended!
