Love the Loox app! So many great features. I love that you're able to customize the review emails and the upsell offers are a wonderful addition. We just installed the app a couple of weeks ago and have already had customers redeem their upsell offers after checkout increasing our AOV. Keep up the good work guys!

Best app for getting your social proof you are looking for, especially for new shops as you can import existing reviews of the product with an easy in-build process. This app is worth every $.

Loox App is great! Easy to set up and if you ever have a problem - e.g. a theme that is not yet Theme 2.0 capable, just send an email to support and within a few hours you will have a solution that a friendly support employee (in my case Jodel - a big thank you at this point!) will implement straight away!

more options for the scale plan. i'm at the point to scale it's just very pricey if your just getting started. But again lots of small companies rely on the connectivity of shopify and google and to have to pay for a premium upgrade might not help us grow
