seems fine, the only thing on my wish list is - I wish when viewing a review there was a way to clink on a link that would connect directly to the order that lead to the review. As it is one must scoop up the email and do a copy and paste style search. Other than that it works fine

I moved over to Loox from another review service a while back and the experience has been very smooth ever since. Everything is pretty straightforward and the extra features are great. I needed some help implementing custom code snippets into my theme and Shany took care of it in no time. The only thing that I would like to see improved at the moment is their relatively new smart upsell feature. The metrics interface is limited and there are minimal options for tweaking.

Very good app and excellent support! Well done, team! However I would really appreciate if one could skip the "add photo step" completely in the review form - when you are in the health business and only sell digital services it is kind of confusing for the customer. :)

not as good as it says, either too complex or simple not good app... we dont care... it does nothing for us except take time and energy.... when trying to cancel to use another they make it near impossible to do... not cool , not cool at all. very disappointing.
