They overcharge you and have no way to downgrade for smaller shops. The Loox subscription costs more than the shopify subscription

Loox app is quite good and easy to use. Due to the country where my store is located, I experienced an issue with playing videos in video reviews. However, Sara from the technical support team quickly resolved the problem. It’s a successful app with excellent customer support—I’m very satisfied and will continue to be a subscriber.

Loox is easy to use and is user friendly. It requires little time or maintenance. Loox is very responsive and integrates well with Shopify so that customers get notified periodically to review....which I love!
