this app is seamlessly just the best. trust it. pretty much all the features are point and click to activate, pretty amazing!

1. In the invitation comment function, I set it to invite customers to comment 3 days after the "Delivery" of the order. I cannot know what the invitation comment email sent to the customer looks like, nor can I customize the content of the email. 2. There are no online customers. Support means that you encountered a problem at that time and could not solve it in time. You can only wait for the slow email contact. 3. Most functions do not have a preview function, which makes it difficult to use, such as testing to send preview emails, etc. I am going to change it. app, the key is this app The price quoted is not cheap, and many functions do not even provide the most basic guidance, which is very disappointing.

Very happy with the app. I needed extra help to manually add the widget to the product pages and Jemuel and Kim were extremely helpful and fast. Before I knew it, it was up and running. Getting quick responses is important to me and I am very pleased. The app is easy to customize and you can make it do what you need it to do. Very simple to make adjustments that fit your needs and desires. OVERALL - VERY VERY HAPPY WITH THE APP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Uninstalled it and got charged! Not sure how that happened. How do I even get ahold of someone from this company to rectify it??? Super frustrated.

Just OK. Overpriced for what it does. There are other options that do the same that don't cost as much.

Loox has been nothing but amazing to us! The product has changed and grown so much since we first downloaded it. We ues a lot of the features and they have certainly brought us extra income. I've been looking for a user reviews app for years, and finally took the plunge with Loox. The installation process was a breeze. Unfortunately, though, I am using an old, deprecated legacy theme on Shopify, and most apps are now designed for the new Shopify version 2.0 themes. So, there were a number of issues getting the various ratings widgets to work properly. I contacted Loox support and got an answer within hours. A support engineer named Tal was assigned to me, and he was able to solve all of my issues within two days of installing the app. None of these issues were Loox issues; they all had to do with the particulars of my deprecated theme. But Tal dove in and solved all the of the problems, including my very particular layout requests, like moving a widget a few pixels this way or that. This is a great app with world-class customer service, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you, Loox, and thank you Tal!
