Kim is very competent. I just gave him an overview of my problem and he managed to triangulate the issue and fix the code of my websites without putting our live websites at risk. I am not a coder, and I know how difficult it is to have a customer support that can modify a code for their clients for FREE. This skillset requires a huge payment if its someone else because it means hiring them to fix the problem. He deserves a raise.

The customer service is excellent! Liz assisted me and was patient and had expertise in understanding the app and teaching a non- tech person how to find everything on the app.

The app was completely crushed, we sent many emails to past customers and they all got an error, it also stuck the whole website because their script is down and for hours no one fixed it ,The time it takes them to answer on the chat is horrible!
