Domerly was very quick in responding to my issue with being unable to add the referrals app embed to a page, putting forward a solution that took me a matter of seconds to implement. Great service!

We recently moved from a super clunky referral platform. It was hard to use and never looked good therefore never delivered any ROI for us. The built-in camera and open-ear audio are standout features. I love being able to capture point-of-view photos and videos hands-free, whether I’m hiking, cooking, or playing with my kids. The voice command integration with Open AI is responsive and surprisingly intuitive. Music and calls sound clear, even in mildly noisy environments, and I can still hear what’s going on around me.

Loox has provided us a valuable platform for our customers to share their feedback easily, efficiently and the aesthetic view integrates cohesively into our website. It's also very intuitive to use which is a game changer. We have had a few questions along the way too and CS Support including Doley L and Molly K have been very helpful in caring for our needs right away. They clearly wanted to assist us with our issue which is a service in today's web apps that stands out above the rest. We couldn't ask for more and look forward to continued improvements by the Developer.

1) Widgets are super slow to load on your website, leaving a blank space during up to several second before they appear. I contacted customer service, who are nice people. But 15 days later the issue still isn't resolved. They only suggested I speed up my website. BUT my website is already fast and it wouldn't solve the issue anyway because the delay appears after the website is loaded. Disappointed. 2) Also, the UX on the back-end is quite terrible.

I emailed my requested in early in the morning and by mid day Sara and the Loox team had implemented the request! Thanks so much for the efficient support!

Domerly was a great help in adding the product star rating to our product pages, as the standard way of doing it was not possible with our theme. Support is always great with this app.
