I would definitely recommend this app, I ran into some issues after using the app after a few months because the navigation system on Shopify had changed and the Loox team helped me out straight away and and gave really clear instructions with screen shots so I literally couldn't go wrong. I updated my domain name and all reviews disappeared from the page. I reached out to LOOX and expected a response within a few days. I was very surprised that it was very quick. Jodel was very helpful and quick to respond within a very short period of time. He was able to retrieve the lost reviews and make them visible again.

Ok so I was totally freaking out cause I couldn’t get the color of my reviews to be set properly on my site and Shany literally came to my rescue and literally went it to my site and totally fixed it. Do not install this app - there is no free tier so you have to subscribe - and when you do there is no where to unsubscribe - scam app - keeps billing even when you uninstall it - shopify support said to just find the app and go to their site to remove the billing ... funny when Loox does not provide any form of a customer billing portal ...

When I started using loox they were amazing and always willing to help. The last customer service experience left me baffled, and I ended up canceling and moving to another review app.

Have been using it for almost 3 months now and love the functionality and the easy to use buttons. Has definitely boosted my sales ever since i have implemented it!!
