The service is absolutely terrible. I spend approximately $200-300 USD every month, and whenever I need to make changes, I contact customer service, but they always transfer me to their second-tier support team. Then I have to wait a very long time before I receive an email reply. The service is just awful.

We've been using Loox for 5 years and couldn't be happier. The way reviews are displayed is simply the best. We've looked at other review apps over the years and they've all fallen short compared to Loox. Loox offers many visually appealing ways to display your reviews with high customisability. Their customer service is quick and always helpful. Would recommend to any merchant, big or small.

even though you unpublished the review, they can still be seen on google. Any crazy person can write you a horrible untrue review or just give you 1 star for nothing and even though you "unpublished" it, they are still shown on google. before getting this app, make sure you know this.
