This app has been effective in getting reviews for my site. It has good support too. It is helpful to be able to chat with an actual person instead of a bot. Just had a quick question and Leogen hopped onto the chat within a few seconds to answer my question! Love that.

Instant reviews when we switched over while we had received 0 over several months with an unnamed competitor. Then we made a base product change which caused all of our mockup images to not match with the review requests and already received reviews. Contacted support which ouch said they'd get back by email. Well surprise, they did almost immediately and continued to follow up with multiple messages over the next hour. And within that hour Jen from support had somehow remapped all of our products to the new id, all images matching, problem solved. Very happy with the results so far and extremely responsive support.

My loox review tool was no longer available as i changed theme. I sent Loox an email and they immediately responded. The thread got sent to Omer from loox, and he installed a way for me to still keep using Loox, by implementing it directly in the code. Thanks a lot to the team, fast response, and immediate result! Easiest by far review app. Loads of intergrations and exporting reviews from previous app provider was super simple. No fuss, templates are easy to set up.

The app is a complete scam. You choose the monthly scale program with unlimited total orders, but they add a monthly order limit somewhere in between and steal $40 from you for every 300 orders. They're a complete scam. Shopify shouldn't allow such nonsense.
