This is the only platform I've found that cohesively combines affiliates with loyalty. It's the whole package, don't need 4 different things for customer retention. Also: phenomenal support, they instantly get back to you.

We have used this app for several years and it is truly a great value in the Loyalty Rewards category. We are very happy and I was surprised when I saw how low the stars were. It is a shame because this is a fabulous app.

DO NOT install this app!! NO free trial! When you pay $15, you will find that the features you need are not working. If you need them, you must continue to upgrade to a higher level, spending hundreds of dollars a month! This is a liar!

I love this app. Very Modern and user friendly. Packed with great features. Just what I was looking for. My favorite feature is the fact that I can import customers into the database and I can give customized rewards which come in handy if there is an issue or just because. Great wait to build brand trust and gain customer loyalty

Super impressed with this app. The customization is unlimited, and its the only loyalty system I've found that really has customized earning actions. You can reward users for pretty much any action you can think of, where with others (Smile or Swell) you are limited to a handful of predefined options. They also don't jack the price up based on orders or customers. While we're only starting out, I worry that with other app's pricing models if we get big we will get charged more and more so I like to pick apps I know are "future proof" and won't go up in price as we grow. Unlimited orders/customers is as future proof as you can get. Having referrals built in is a great value as well so don't need a separate app for that. Can't wait to see the long term results for this. I have a feeling this will have the highest ROI of anything we've tried.

Amazing loyalty system. Does everything (points loyalty, referrals) and is completely customizable. Very modern and intuitive interface, support is super responsive and friendly.
