We were looking for an app exactly like this and finally found it. Brad and his team have been a tremendous help with getting everything just right. I was so pleased to see the app in action and processing our returns for sale again. This is the only app we'll use and we look forward to new features.

As a clothing retailer we have struggled to find a viable way to list our returns at a deal price, separate them from the original SKU and list them at a discounted price. This app has provided the solution, it literally takes seconds to list the item, pushing them through to our sale section and then delisting the item when it sells. Support with the app has been amazing.... Highly recommended.

Brad and his team created a really cool extension here! The auto industry has a significantly higher return rate than some other industries so having a tool like this has expanded our potential greatly. Business owners do not think of this as just a way to move damaged goods.. this is a tool to be able to deploy better solutions to customers. Customer bought the wrong item, but attempted to install it? Don't just turn them away, take it back, drip it! Customer received a damaged item, you got paid out for the claim? Don't just tell them to throw it away, take it back and drip it! This is a revenue generating app.. do not sleep on creative ways to generate revenue and improve your customer service experience.

Great app. Developer was very helpful in sorting out some template/display issues initially. Returned items used to sit on my desk for a month or more before getting around to listing on ebay or elsewhere. Now, I can get them listed on our own website in just minutes. Haven't tried the "drip" feature, but our fixed-discount approach to pricing open-box items has worked just fine with the app.

Great app. Makes it really easy to post and sell our open box returns, even our demos/samples, basically anything that can't be sold as brand new. Now it's just part of the work flow on accepting returns. Great support too. Highly recommended.

Love this app. What's most impressive is how quick and easy it is to post a product as a return comes in. It integrates with our product catalog so we just select it from a drop down menu, then describe it, and post it. Their support helped us with the install and placement of the widget. They were very helpful. Highly recommend this app.
