After installing, the log in process is not working. I forgot my password so I reset my password. The link for resetting the password was received after an hour. Besides, verification code is not sent instantly. I have to wait almost an hour. By the time I typed in, it said "type valid code".

This is the easiest workflow app I have ever worked with! Even a beginner can understand this one. It is self-explanatory and so easy to follow! ANd even does newsletters & welcome messages! Christina answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. I was confused about updating email flows and I learned that updating a flow that is set to "live" means that my updates were made in real time and will send to designated customers according to each flow. Thanks for the help, Christina!

A little bit of a learning curve but I love Klaviyo so far. Its easy to integrate Forms and Reviews into my store.

We cannot recommend this app. If you want to delete profiles to switch to a lower payment model, it is very difficult and takes several minutes. The description link that Klaviyo sends you is not really useful. In fact, they try to keep you in the higher payment model.

does not work support could not even help install beware will not give refund support did not know there were 15 setup actions. setup error caused website to be shut down 3 days while i figured out fix and support said it wasnt their problem. i would give negative 5 star if i could. $600 loss and shopify credit refused refund that any other card would have graanted

Two days worked then no login. The verification is not being sent to the email. How can the first and foremost task of a user be problematic? No one tests this section of the app?
