Support is terrible. 24/5 live chat is unmanned through out the week. Email support is extremely slow and keeps sending useless articles. The data is helpful. The only reason we stayed is because Omnisend doesn't have A/B test for emails

Excellent integration with Shopify, brings all the data into Klaviyo and allows for excellent marketing, segmenting, insights, and reporting using the Shopify knowledge.

Newer user but so far lightyears beyond our experiences with Constant Contact and MailChimp! Ease of setup and deliverability have both been much better not to mention the design templates are pretty great out of the box.

Once I had my template set up it was really easy to just plug in the information I wanted to share through email and done. Super fast and easy. I no longer spend hours writing content or creating templates. easy peasy done.

Happy with the results and how easy Klaviyo is to use. User friendly, advanced benchmarking and personalization, and increase in revenue. I can't wait to tap into reviews and SMS. This has made connecting our product with consumers easier and more intentional. As a newer employee and coming from a company that primarily used MailChimp, I was prepared to spend quite a bit of time learning a newer platform, but I was pleasantly surprised. Tutorials, support from Jamie, and Klaviyo being so user friendly have all meant that I could hit the ground running and achieve success sooner. My biggest recommendation? Start using Klaviyo ASAP.
