I contacted the customer service team because I kept getting error messages inside of my account and I let them know that I canceled the subscription back in 2023, and had actively not been using the subscription since 2024 which was verifiable and their campaigns. They REFUSED to give me my money back and mentioned in an email “ although you canceled your subscription, there is a back end that doesn’t allow you to fully cancel it without our approval”. Basically agreeing that I canceled my subscription but HAVE been charged for the last two years without any usage of the app but even if you have and showed proof of cancellation, “they have the last say”. Definitely do NOT recommend them

Klaviyo is likely the best email-focused CRM available today. If you aren't tech-savvy then you will struggle to use it. It is a deeply complex, and deeply powerful, software. Your business will benefit massively, but only if you dedicate an employee time to understand and use it well. They do, sadly, use generative AI. If they committed to ditching generative AI, as all companies should, then they would get 5 stars.

Very sketchy pricing. My $500 plan jumped to $950. We are chargebacking as they refused to work with us even though it was their systems issue.

klaviyo get really expensie ! you always need to reupdate your pricing. it ll be ok if the customer service is reactive but the customer service is just an AI that is not even set properly !

customer service is really really really bad .... talking to a bot that is not even set properly, again these companies rely on AI but are not able to assist their customer who pay few hundreds per months ! Also they increased their price alot ! before it was based on email sent now on the size of the number of customer. i mean if i pay that much i expect at least a quality service. really really bad guys, you have bad customer service

Easy to navigate and understand! My favorite feature is the email campaigns — it’s a quick and simple process that can be done in less than an hour. I’m OBSESSED with the Canva integration; it’s definitely my favorite “little thing” Klayvio offers. It makes an already easy process even easier! I wasn’t originally planning on using the flows, but I’m so glad I did! Sometimes I can’t create new campaigns, so the flows ensure consistent engagement even when I’m not manually sending emails. Plus, seeing the engagement numbers is super encouraging — I love watching that green arrow go up!

False pricing plan. If you open pricing plan from the app page, then you will see that you can buy 20$ plan with 5000 emails. However, after installation I've tried to update plan, and the cheapest version is for 140$ only!

Overpriced and useless if you're running a multi-lingual store. While they offer email translations, which are fine those are useless as one cannot translate the newsletter popup banner at all. After multiple attempts to talk to customer service, they said it's not possible.

It is both abnormal and frustrating that we cannot define what constitutes an Active Profile ourselves, nor do we have the necessary tools to effectively manage and clean our profile database. Specifically: • A large number of fake profiles created by bots are being automatically marked as Active. • There is no efficient way to bulk filter or delete these profiles directly from the profile list. • We are unable to set up flows or automations to remove these fake profiles. • And most critically, Klaviyo charges based on the number of profiles — which means we are at constant risk of being overcharged by 20–30% or more if we don’t manually clean up these fake accounts every single day. This situation is clearly unfair and unsustainable. We urge you to provide a solution that either allows us to: 1. Define and control what is considered an Active Profile; 2. Easily identify and bulk-delete fake profiles; or 3. Exclude clearly inactive or bot-created profiles from billing calculations. We hope Klaviyo will take this issue seriously and prioritize a fix, as this has a direct impact on customer trust and billing fairness.

Je recommande à 100% Klaviyo, solution CRM très performante, facile à utiliser, avec une toujours une roadmap de nouvelles fonctionnalités impressionnante. J'apprécie également tout particulièrement le support apporté aux clients, que ce soit via la Klaviyo Academie, avec de nombreux articles et vidéos, ou via le support chat ou email, toujours très réactif et à l'écoute. Enfin, mention spéciale pour les CSM, au top de l'accompagnement client!

Support is terrible. 24/5 live chat is unmanned through out the week. Email support is extremely slow and keeps sending useless articles. The data is helpful. The only reason we stayed is because Omnisend doesn't have A/B test for emails
