Extremely unhappy. Klaviyo is an OK email service, it is not super user friendly or smooth, it get's the job done. Last year, my monthly price went from 80usd to 150usd. And if I pause and resubscribe, it would be 200usd. That is a 250% price increase. During slow periods now, I cant keep my costs low, because then they will squeeze more money from me. I would be very cautious picking klaviyo today. They are in a phase now of just capitalizing the living hell out of their customers. I am looking very hard to get out, and never come back. My energy to trust the company even if they adjust the prizing in the future would not be there. So be cautious, if you get on their payroll, they will use you as hard as they can, and it is probably not great for either your or their business long term. they are moving into a charge method when they want to charge you like they do provide the sales, but they really don't. They help send emails, the rest of all services are nothing unique at all. Meta owns their traffic and sells it to you. Klaviyo helps you communicate with your costumers, but they want to charge you like they also own the traffic. But they don't. Your customer lists are yours. Not klaviyos. They do not bring this value. Be careful, and if you sign up, get ready to get used as hard as they can to get all the money out of you. You will end up in a annoyed frustrated position, the more dependent you get on them, the more they will take advantage of you as time goes by. Think of it like telling a secret to your best friend, and then they will start blackmailing you not to tell it to somebody else, that is the feeling you will have in partnering with klaviyo.

I'm unable to receive verification codes when logging into my account, and I've contacted suppor and submitted tickets t multiple times but without receiving any response. Very disappoint!

I followed explicit instructions from Klaviyo support to resolve a configuration issue. That guidance resulted in service interruption and an accelerated billing cycle. Despite clear communication records, this is now being treated as a “customer-initiated change.” This is extremely disappointing and uncomfortable as a paying customer. I hope Klaviyo will review support-led actions more responsibly.

Horrible. Faites super attention à votre forfait. Je ne l'ai pas pas surveillé, résultat : 2 mois à 375 dollars pour un ROI de 50 euros max. HORRIBLE. Vous choisissez le plan gratuit, vous n'avez aucune notification par email pour le changement (le comble pour une app emailing).

Disappointed in my experience with Klaviyo so far. The templates are quite poorly designed. Even the most basic templates, like for order confirmations, contain a lot of errors. I have been in constant contact with support trying to get them to include basic information that should be included automatically. For example, dynamic products were not being pulled in at all, so customers were not able to see what they purchased. This was simply an error with their template. Once we had that resolved, there was still a lot of missing information (like product variant flavors, apartment address lines, etc.) Little things that you may not notice while building, until customers complain. It took 3 support cases to get an order confirmation that simply has the correct products listed and the customers full shipping address... You cannot trust your onboarding specialist to check your emails or flows either. I had mine check our order confirmation flow multiple times before going live. She assured me we were all set and we set the flows to LIVE, and it simply did not work! She missed a key trigger that was keeping the emails from sending. We did not discover this until customers complained about missing confirmations. Again, so disappointed in the quality of the templates and the support i've been provided. While Klaviyo has all the latest and greatest features, some of the most simple and important things are severely lacking! I've used free email builders that have better designed templates.

We are unsatisfied by the set up and ease of use of the Kaviyo SMS app. We have been locked out of our account and cannot access the app or are unaware of our status and customer service has not responded to requests to unlock account. Rating Poor, unresponsive, challenging to use.

Atrocious customer service that has no basic knowledge. They don't even know what z-index means. Also, the smart translate feature is completely buggy. It translates some parts and leaves out others. Even mixes languages within 1 email. Ive been using Klaviyo now for 2 months and was better off with Omnisend. It was also cheaper with basically the same functions. What a waste.

Terrible app, we used to use it for sign ups, haven't used it since 2021, when after i deleted the app, thousands of fake emails got added to the list. I've been trying for hours to delete ALL customer's data, as well as all these bot email accounts with no success, can't even get support for it and refuse to pay to get it. the profile maintenance page is blank. just trying to comply with the LAW on customers data

I have paid for a plan and in the same date they have created me an invoice and i have told them that the invoice is incorrect and it needs to be changed, they said that the past invoice cant be changed, only the future ones if i modify in the settings the company name, etc. But i have requsted this in the same date when they have created my invoice, i dont understand why it cant be modify, its unbaliveble how they cant change the invoice.

So many restrictions on the new klaviyo customer hub. I can integrate gorgias, but not their live chat. Now klaviyo expects me to pay for the helpdesk feature AND also gorgias? Why? Also no mobile app for the helpdesk.

Be careful when using their email templates. They add default ALT text of the original image and include a link from some other company within some templates with animated pictures. Unfortunately, I realized this only after sending an email to my customer list, and now my customers received an email where the main clickable image leads to a completely different website. Those ALT texts and links shouldn’t be added to the templates. The services of your partner should be advertised in a different way not in a hidden way within templates!

Facturation abusive, j'ai installé l'appli et payé un frais mensuel de 400$, je l'ai essayé 4 jours seulement avant de tout desactivé, et veillé à la desinstaller avant le nouveau cycle de facturation. Ils m'ont quand même redébité 400$. Je suis choquée!!

My Klaviyo account was hacked, and trying to recover it has been an exhausting experience. I’ve provided every possible piece of verification they asked for — except one email address I’ve never even seen before, which is the whole reason I need help in the first place. Instead of helping resolve the issue, support keeps passing me from one representative to another with no continuity or progress. For a platform that manages customer data and email security, the account recovery process should be far more user-friendly and reliable. This has made me seriously reconsider using Klaviyo at all. As it is, I did not find the app very user friendly or beneficial.
