Es ist und bleibt schwierig, Ein Upgrade des Abonnements kann nur mit Kreditkarte durchgeführt werden. Wird kein Upgrade durchgeführt, kein Support der dazu was sagen kann. Wird keine Kreditkarte hinterlegt, ist kein Upgrade möglich. Das ist ja was ich hier schreibe. Man bekommt eine Antwort die nicht das Problem löst. Ihr wollt, dass ich ein upgrade durchführe, dies ist aber nur möglich wenn man eine Kreditkarte hinterlegt. Habt Ihr dafür keine andere Möglichkeit? Es bleibt bei einem Stern.

Great application with the absolute worst tech support I have ever experienced. Confused about their own product, non-responsive, and basic help takes MONTHS. I have been dealing with an issue since essentially day 1, and it still is not resolved. Expect weeks to go by without a response. Expect to repeat yourself 3-4 times every time your issue is escalated because apparently they don't read notes. Expect the help to not solve the actual issue, and have to repeat the entire process again. If you are not tech savvy and adept and implementing solutions yourself, BUYER BEWARE. You are on your own.

Horrible, money hungry company. If you don't pay up front, you get no support whatsoever. I can't even ask support a question until I hand them over my money. Sickening. Integration was not seamless at all either. Took forever and then they said our industry was prohibited when we tried to set up SMS. WHAT?? Natural Skincare?? WOW.

I only installed the app to explore the features and now they are sending me notifications that I need to upgrade to premium. I haven't even created an account. Terrible app.

Plus vous allez avoir de client plus ils vont vous facturer et vous changer de plan sans vous demander. je suis passé de 20€ à 90€ par mois !! Pourtant j'envoie tres peux de mail par mois !!

The email marketing itself has personalisation for wholesale B2B business so you can refer to their business name, which is essential. That is the ONLY reason I am currently using them. But I am completely unimpressed with their billing ethics. I uninstalled Klaviyo last month on the 16th and received an email confirming I had permanently closed an account, and then received another bill on the 17th, and the 17th of this month. When you permanently close down a website Klaviyo manages to keep billing you for non-existent email services. I have been billed on two different credit cards, five days apart for supposedly the same website with different email addresses. I guess the only way to stop this is to cancel my Visa and Mastercard until it all stops, and then re-establish payment on one card, once a month. I would seriously like to find a decent replacement for Klaviyo.

I just purchased a package, but the next day I couldn't log in. It kept asking for a verification code, yet it never sent the code to my email. I've checked my inbox multiple times and still haven't received it. This experience is terrible—it's not worth the money.

I've been a customer for over 4 years and I can say the support has alway been subpar but now it's terrible. I've also incurred unauthorized account charges and now they auto-sent already delivered campaigns damaging our reputation. I would seriously consider using another app for the cost alone but the lack of support really makes the decision to go elsewhere easy.

I signed up for Klaviyo’s $20/month plan (500 profiles, 5k emails). On August 24th, I even received an official notice confirming that my $20 plan would renew on August 26th. However, Klaviyo automatically upgraded my account to a $125/month plan just because the system counted extra “profiles” that I never actively used. I only send around 5,000 emails per month — completely within the limits of the $20 plan. Yet I was told I must first pay $125 and then request a refund if I want to go back to my $20 plan. This is unreasonable and unfair. Klaviyo’s billing model is designed to trap you into higher tiers based on inflated “profile counts” rather than your actual usage. There is no option to opt out of auto-upgrade, and support refuses to prevent this from happening again. If you are a small business expecting predictable costs, be very careful. Klaviyo may automatically charge you far more than you agreed to without your approval.

Klaviyo is extremely expensive, yet their support feels arrogant and useless. Instead of solving real issues, the support team seems focused on closing tickets with vague answers and tricks to push you away. Meanwhile, the platform creates massive problems. In our case, customers abusing discount codes and causing endless order headaches. For nearly €500 a month, this is unacceptable. Shopify Email is not only €500 cheaper per month, it also works much better.

I find it hard to imagine that Klaviyo, a major company, could create an app so riddled with bugs. My emails couldn't get customers to my website, a feature that even a $5-a-month email marketing app could provide. But in the eyes of Klaviyo's software engineers, this was an insurmountable obstacle. This was an unforgivable mistake. Klaviyo's new feature required me to enter my phone number before logging in. I don't understand which incompetent engineer came up with this.

Charged me £75 gbp despite cancelling then wouldn't allow me to access to use the service for the month i paid for. Not user friendly on iphone only laptop.

After installing, the log in process is not working. I forgot my password so I reset my password. The link for resetting the password was received after an hour. Besides, verification code is not sent instantly. I have to wait almost an hour. By the time I typed in, it said "type valid code".
