Horrible, money hungry company. If you don't pay up front, you get no support whatsoever. I can't even ask support a question until I hand them over my money. Sickening. Integration was not seamless at all either. Took forever and then they said our industry was prohibited when we tried to set up SMS. WHAT?? Natural Skincare?? WOW.

Been using for many years. It's a 5-star product with a ton of capability. It's pricey, but if you have the revenue, it's worth the features. Using for email & sms. If you're considering, just do it. You won't be disappointed.

I only installed the app to explore the features and now they are sending me notifications that I need to upgrade to premium. I haven't even created an account. Terrible app.

So far so good. As apps go, it's a little pricey - but don't let that put you off. If you follow the campaign setup and structure demos, you'll be making that money back in no time!

Still learning the app, but it feels great when I check my stats and see my first big order was because of Klaviyo marketing :)

After years with another platform I have finally made the leap to Klaviyo & cannot be happier. I am yet to use this marketing tool to its full potential, however, 5 stars for the support, especially Gio for his detailed clarification and understanding on what I needed help with. Very excited to continue to learn & grow with Klaviyo and amazing marketing platform.

I wouldn't run an ecommerce business without Shopify or Klaviyo. Klaviyos functionality, their support, and their training are unparalled.

Very professional and organized platform, powerful tools, great for design, can be a little bit tricky at first but completely worth it. 100% recommended!

No complaints aside from the mismatch between the cost and my ability to use it. At $80/month it shouldn't be hard to recoup that investment, but it will involve extra work. I haven't had time to put it to real use. After months of paying for a plan I wasn't using I canceled 2 days after the renewal, and had to jump through minor hoops to get a refund. I think such cases should be automatic and unquestioned by ALL companies, but thank you anyway, Klaviyo.

I’ve been in the Shopify Plus world as merchant for more than 7 years. I used Listrak, Mailchimp, and other ESPs before to generate ecom revenue. Klaviyo is by far the best platform when you need to get transactions from your list.

We paid them thousands over the months we were signed up, and sent out emails two times. But when we canceled a mere 2 days after the renewal date they "just can't" refund a single penny. "So sad. Can't because, see, we already HAVE the money. Rules are rules!" They said they'd escalate my humble request to some other department, but no reply. How many of you treat your customers this way? Not us. As for the product, it's fine if you have the time to use it and money to burn, but it's not some incredible evolution above all other options I've tried.

The email marketing itself has personalisation for wholesale B2B business so you can refer to their business name, which is essential. That is the ONLY reason I am currently using them. But I am completely unimpressed with their billing ethics. I uninstalled Klaviyo last month on the 16th and received an email confirming I had permanently closed an account, and then received another bill on the 17th, and the 17th of this month. When you permanently close down a website Klaviyo manages to keep billing you for non-existent email services. I have been billed on two different credit cards, five days apart for supposedly the same website with different email addresses. I guess the only way to stop this is to cancel my Visa and Mastercard until it all stops, and then re-establish payment on one card, once a month. I would seriously like to find a decent replacement for Klaviyo.

Very happy for what allows to do with my shopify, i am still learning many tools to apply but so far very helpful to have it
